Tracy is the most wonderful support for people living with dementia and their families. Nothing is ever too much trouble and she goes above and beyond to support those known to her and also when professionals ask for their help and advice. A true asset to Plymouth!

Tracy is a colleague who I have a great deal of respect for. She is very caring and knowledgeable and is always willing to help if needed. She holds her patients in high regard and goes above and beyond to make sure they are safe and have their needs met. I feel privileged to work alongside her and learn so much from her. Her calm manner is refreshing in such a pressured environment.

1/2/24 - Carer Improving Lives Plymouth I met Tracy at a Carer Group, she helped guide and advise me when I was in crisis. I am thankful for her advice and help when I needed it most
